How do you receive leads from the portals?

Property portals can deliver enquiries in different ways — either directly from the portal itself (such as emails or portal inbox notifications) or indirectly through your CRM after the portal pushes the lead into it.

We’re asking this so we can train your AI negotiator on the exact lead format and delivery path it will see in real life.
This ensures the AI correctly recognises, qualifies, and responds to enquiries immediately, regardless of whether they arrive as raw portal leads or via your CRM.

In order to fully setup the AI phone number for SMS & Calls, we first need both proof of ID and proof of address in order to create and register a new phone number.
